My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2020
In the morning. I took a walk with my niece at the path way to have an exercise and to expose ourselves in the sunlight which is good to our health. Then I cooked for our breakfast. After that I took a rest because I'm suffering from dysmenorrhea. I woke up to cooked for our lunch and did the same thing ing the evening.
