I feel like I'm weak lately, I always feel sleepy I wonder why? I think I need to exercise again. In the afternoon. I went to Lingayen to buy AVR because mine is broken and also I need to pay internet bill. Instead of riding on a tricycle I chose to walk from CSI going to the computer shop. I think it's better. My body is more active when I do walking or other exercise.
