Pochettino finally speak after being sacked

Mauricio Pochettino says all he has for Tottenham Hotspur is best wishes after being sacked by club manager Daniel Levy.

Mourinho was announced few hours after news of Pochettino broke out. The Special One as he is fondly called has won 2 out of 2 matches since becoming the Spurs boss.

Mauricio Pochettino said he gave Spurs the best of himself during his five-and-a-half year as Tottenham coach before being finally sacked by the club.

Pochettino has achieved something Tottenham will forever remember him for. For four years now, they have made the Champions League spot. Surprisingly, they went on to play in the final last season before a strong Liverpool team defeated them.

Speaking for the first time after leaving Tottenham, Pochettino said he had tough challenges and exciting success at Spurs.

The Spurs fans were divided by the news as many believe Pochettino still has more to offer the club. This division died after Mourinho won his first match against West Ham before beating Olympiakos at home to secure round of 16 knockout for the club.

Pochettino says he owes the fans much gratitude. He thanked them for their support over the years and believes their paths will cross again in the near future.
