I want like a stationary bike that has a screen and as you peddle you can race against other players and like knock their avatars off their bikes etc....I’d get way more into it.
Or like a rowing machine with screen and you are outrunning sea monsters.
For me personally that little bit of “game” would motivate me more..
A game with a screen where you bike/run away from zombies would be awesome lol

that is actually a great idea.
Would probably work better for me as well.
Cant believe something like this does not exist yet.
