Super Falcons Set To Battle With Cote D’ivoire For Tokyo 2020 Olympic Qualifier

The Super Falcons of Nigeria have finally arrived at Lagos to battle against the Ivorian for second leg of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic qualifier. The first leg ended in a 0-0 draw and both teams are now set to have the second leg match at Agege Stadium.

This is the first time the Super Falcons will participate in the Women’s Olympic tournament for the first time since 2008 and a win is needed in the second leg to enable them secure their ground in the tournament coming up next year.

The Falcons have been training rigorously towards the second leg as victory will not come easy for them because the Ivorians equally have a bright chance of progressing too
