A significant day for Ole Gunner Solskjaer; 29th-July, 1996.
For every Manchester United fans out there, today is a remarkable day for the English club current Manager. Exactly the 29th of July 1996, the coach, Ole Gunner Solskjear joined Man United from the Norway club 'Molde' as a player for a fee of £1.5 million. That is 23 years ago. He played 366 games and scored 126 goals within 11 years. This is a fine record for a good striker those days. I think he is still among the top 15 highest goal scorer for the team. My favorite, Wayne Rooney remains the club highest goal scorer of all time, with 253 goals.
I believe Solskjear is enjoying his football career. I remember he coached the Manchester united reserved team within the 2008-2010 before he returned to coach his former club. He later coached Cardiff city, and finally appointed as the Manager of Manchester United FC. His career is really impressive, and I hope he hands the team some cool achievements.
