Exercise every day, not sloppily/运动得每天坚持,不能马马虎虎

Do you love sports? Will you be the leading sportsman in your life? Do you keep exercising every day, even if you are tired, for your own sake? I think you will, because you love yourself so much, you love life so much, love sports so much.

On November 2, a walk-and-go trip was about to begin, and every day was fully prepared for it. Another is the daily squatting exercise, which can not be stopped, for my own health and strong body.

On July 15, it took me half a day to reconstruct my frame in order to take it away easily. This has also led to a problem, my time has been spent in this transformation action, so that I have not had much time to carry out the weight-bearing movement on this day.

One thing I am very clear about is that for sports, I only choose to do it during the day, not at night. I hope to follow nature's rules and exercise, so that daytime exercise can breed new energy for the body, and nighttime exercise can only deplete the body's energy.

Many sports-loving friends do not pay attention to this problem, because work occupies most of their time, so they have to choose sports time in the evening. However, this can lead to a problem, you not only because of exercise to nurture new energy for the body, but also let your body in the constant loss of energy.

Night is the time when the body organs rest. Night exercise can make the organs overtired, thus shortening your own life span.

But the most important thing is that we have to keep exercising every day. If you don't exercise one day, double the amount of exercise the next day to compensate for the lack of exercise that day.

Exercise not only requires daily persistence, but also can not be sloppy. For sports, we must take it seriously, so that after years of persistence, the body will become healthier and stronger.

Sports have always been our own business. We do sports not for others, but for ourselves. Because after a long period of sports, the ultimate beneficiaries are themselves.

So keep exercising every day and take exercise seriously.

在11月2日,一场说走就走的旅行就要开始了,每天都在为这场旅行做着十足的准备。另外就是每天的负重深蹲运动,这个是不能停的,为了我自己健康强壮的身体。

7月15日,为了能够把我的谱架也很方便地带走,我花了半天的时间来改造谱架。这也导致了一个问题,我的时间都用到了这场改造行动中来了,以至于这一天我已经没有太多的时间进行负重运动。

有一点我是非常明确的,对于体育运动,我只会选择在白天进行,而不是晚上。我希望顺其自然,顺应大自然的规律运动,所以白天运动才能为身体孕育新的能量,而夜晚只会损耗身体的能量。

很多热爱运动的朋友都没有注意这个问题,因为工作占据了他们大部分的时间,只好把运动时间选在晚上。可是,这会导致一个问题,你不但没有因为运动为身体孕育新的能量,反而还让自己的身体在不断地损耗能量。

夜晚是身体器官休息的时候,夜晚的运动会让器官过度劳累,从而缩短你自身的寿命。

但是最关键的是,我们得坚持运动,而且是每天。如果你哪天没运动了,那么就在第二天以双倍的运动量来弥补那天没做的运动。

运动不但需要每天坚持,而且不能够马马虎虎的。对于运动,我们必须认真对待,这样在长年累月地坚持下,身体才会越来越健康,越来越强壮。

运动一直以来都是我们自己的事,我们做运动可不是为了其他人,只是为了自己。因为在进行长时间的体育运动之后,最终受益的人只是自己。

所以每天坚持运动,认真对待运动吧!
