Sports is the condiment of my life. It can always make life simple and tasty. It can change the direction of life through one of the sports.

My way of exercise is to squat heavily. Squatting heavily belongs to anaerobic exercise. It has the title of "King of Strength" in all sports. Heavy squat has many advantages, three of which are the reasons for my choice.

  • High quality and high efficiency
  • Time-saving and space-saving
  • Exercise whole body muscles

Heavy squat also has a hidden advantage, through the day-to-day weight squat, to help buttocks. For those who want to have buttocks up, squatting under heavy loads can be said to be the best, not only exercise the body, but also help shape.

I squat heavily every day. Whether I'm sick or tired, I spend a little time exercising. Although life is not absolute in sport, sport can make life more brilliant, as long as you pay, you will get something.

I have 200 squats, weighing 1.6 kilograms, and now 200 squats can be done easily in a few minutes. For sports, the most important thing is to persevere. Only by persevering day after day, can you get the sports effect you want through sports.

Exercise has not been a simple thing since its appearance. The process of exercise can be said to be painful and happy, sweating and injuries are inevitable sometimes. What we should do is to put it into practice and prove your exercise style with action.

Whether you want to lose weight or get fit, or to be healthy, what you should do is to choose a sport that suits you and stick to it. People must be self-disciplined. Sports is a process of self-discipline.

体育运动是我生活中的的调味剂,总是能够让平淡的生活简单的有滋有味,通过其中一种运动项目来改变生活的方向。

我的运动方式是负重深蹲,负重深蹲属于无氧运动,在所有运动中有着“力量之王”的称号。负重深蹲有着非常多的有点,其中三大优点是我选择的原因。

  • 锻炼全身肌肉

负重深蹲还有一个隐藏性的优点,通过日复一日地进行负重深蹲,有助于提臀。对于那些希望拥有翘臀的人来说,负重深蹲可以说是再好不过了,既锻炼了身体,还帮助塑形。

我每日都在进行负重深蹲,无论生病还是很累,我都会花一点时间来运动。虽然生命在于运动并非绝对的,但是运动却可以让生命更加灿烂,只要付出了就会有所收获。

我在负重深蹲方面的运动量为200下,负重1.6公斤;在日复一日地坚持之下,如今进行200下负重深蹲可以在几分钟内就轻松搞定。对于体育运动,最重要的事情在于坚持,唯有日复一日的坚持,你才能通过体育运动得到自己想要的运动效果。

运动从出现到现在一直都不是一件简单的事,运动的过程可以说是痛并快乐着的,流汗受伤有时候都在所难免。而我们应该做的是付诸实践,用行动去证明你的运动方式。

无论你是想减肥还是想塑身,或者是为了健康,你应该做的是选择一项适合自己的体育运动进行下去,坚持下去。人一定得自律,体育运动就是一个自律的过程。
