Squatting under Heavy Load --- Changing My Way of Exercise/负重深蹲——改变我的运动方式

In my previous article, I mentioned that the best time to exercise is in the morning, so it's very good to be able to do some sports after getting up. The most unsuitable time for sports is at night, which can easily damage the body.

I exercise every day in the afternoon, and I spend a few minutes exercising my body. My way of doing sports is to squat heavily. It's a sport I've been doing for a long time, and my amount of exercise is 200 squats heavily.

After four months, my body is much healthier and stronger, and my muscles are much stronger. The most powerful thing is that when I squatted heavily for two months, I had all my buttocks raised.

In fact, I would like to have six or eight abdominal muscles, and I would like to make my buttocks warmer. But it's been four months, and I only have four abdominal muscles... To sum up, I'm not doing enough exercise.

So the way I exercise will change next. I will use the short time after I get up, just a few minutes. It would be great to force myself to get up early and change my schedule.

There will be 200 squats in the morning and afternoon from tomorrow, but there may be other sports in the later period. If you want to change, then you have to act, Go!

在我之前的文章中,我有介绍到运动最佳时间段是早晨,所以能够在起床之后进行一会体育运动是非常好的。而最不适合进行体育运动的时间段则是夜间,很容易损伤身体。

我每天的运动时间都在下午阶段,我会花上几分钟来锻炼我的身体。我的运动方式是负重深蹲,这是我长久以来都会坚持进行的体育运动,而我的运动量是200下负重深蹲。

进行了四个月了,我身体的确健康强壮多了,并且身体肌肉也结实很多了。最厉害的是,在进行负重深蹲两个月的时候我尽然拥有了翘臀.... ...

其实我很希望拥有六块或者八块腹肌,我也希望让自己的臀部变得更翘。但是已经四个月了,我只有四块腹肌... ...总结一下应该是我的运动量不够。

所以接下来我的运动方式会有所变化,我会利用起起床后的短暂时间,几分钟就好。这样真的会很好,可以逼着自己早起,然后改变一下我的作息时间。

从明天开始就是早上和下午分别会进行200下负重深蹲,当然后期或许会增加其他的运动方式。如果想要改变,那么就得行动起来,Go!
