The world is big, there are many sports, there are many sports I do not know, have not known. But exercise can be divided into aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise.

Aerobic exercise is a kind of sport that needs a lot of oxygen to help complete. This is the general name of sports.

Aerobic sports include running, basketball, jumping rope, football and so on.

Anaerobic exercise, which is a kind of exercise assisted by the body's skeletal muscles, is also the general name of sports. Anaerobic exercise includes "King of Strength" squatting, push-ups, sit-ups, weightlifting, pull-ups and so on.

In sports, anaerobic exercise pays more attention to strength exercise, among which weightlifting is a very good example.

Weightlifting, a sport with a long history, appeared thousands of years ago in China, ancient Egypt and ancient Rome. At that time, weightlifting was used to exercise physical fitness and select powerful fighters.

Modern weightlifting originated in Europe in the 18th century. In addition to exercising physical strength, weightlifting is also used in competitive competitions. In weightlifting competitions, the important barbell lifted by athletes is the basis for winning or losing; there are only two important movements in weightlifting competitions, namely, snatch and clean and jerk.

In weightlifting, it takes 3 seconds to lift the barbell, and after 3 seconds the barbell can land.

The barbells used in weightlifting competitions have certain standards, which are international standards - 54 kilograms, 59 kilograms, 64 kilograms, 70 kilograms, 76 kilograms, 83 kilograms, 91 kilograms, 99 kilograms, 108 kilograms and above.

世界之大,运动项目之多,有非常多的体育运动是我所不认识,未曾了解过的。但是运动都分为有氧运动和无氧运动。

有氧运动,是一种需要大量氧气协助完成的运动,这是体育运动项目的总称。有氧运动有我们常见的跑步,篮球,跳绳,足球等。

无氧运动,这是一种通过身体的骨骼肌肉协助完成的运动,这同样是体育运动项目的总称。无氧运动有“力量之王”深蹲,俯卧撑,仰卧起坐,举重,引体向上等。

在运动中,无氧运动更注重力量上的锻炼,其中的举重运动就是一个非常好的例子。

举重运动,这是一种拥有者悠久历史的体育运动,早在几千年前的中国,古埃及,古罗马就出现了举重运动,当时的举重运动用于锻炼身体素质,选拔力量大的战士。

现代举重运动源于18世纪的欧洲,举重运动除了可以锻炼身体力量之外,也用于竞技比赛当中。在举重比赛当中,以运动员举起的杠铃重要为胜负依据;举重比赛只有两个重要的动作,分别是抓举,挺举。

在举重运动中,举起杠铃的时间为3秒,3秒过后杠铃便可以落地。

举重比赛所使用的杠铃重要有一定的标准,这个标准为国际标准——54公斤级、 59公斤级、 64 公斤级、70公斤级、76公斤级、83公斤级、91公斤级、99公斤级、108公斤级和108公斤以上级。

作为一项大力士的体育运动,该项运动是力量的象征,也是荣誉的象征。
