Bushy Path..!

I went out for a walk, an evening stroll along our bush track. The blazing sun seemed like it would never come down but I went for the walk after all

I couldn't let the sun stop me from executing my plans which was to go exercise by walking/strolling

The evening walk was refreshing
Though it was a long distance walk, the good thing is that its helps strengthen my bones and muscles

And believe me if I was to use the actifit App my hardwork would have counted well
But since my phone doesn't support it, am still doing my best, am still exercising😊🚶

I exercised..!🙌
