I call it leisure sport because its more of a FUN than EXERCISE or SPORT....!

Early morning exercise..... I love it in group. We did mass exercise today. It was fun and refreshing

All kind of exercise were displayed..!

This one is called Ndurukpa in our native dialect....the two groups have to drag the each other till one falls. This is more fun and exercising, bringing out the inward strength in you

We had fun!
It was a sport-filled day
