My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2019

I finally crossed the 5k count. I went out yesterday to get some food stuff and also see a friend. We had a lengthy discussion before going to the nearby football field to watch the ongoing match. I spent around 3 hours outside before coming back home.

After so many days. I got the 5k count. Great!
