Hello and welcome to my blog, today I will like to continue on the above topic which I have asked here few weeks ago. This question was actually raised here about wrestling, but some people in the cause of the argument both online and offline opined that boxing and wrestling are among the events which are not supposed to be a sporting event.

Most sporting competitions don't encourage deliberate infliction of injuries on the opponent (s), but it's not same in boxing. In boxing, the competitors go to any extent to inflict injuries on each other. In fact, the person that gives the highest injuries to the other is decleared the winner. While the deliberate infliction on your opponent in many other sporting events is a punishable offense.

Many parents don't allow their children to watch boxing competitions because they believe that allowing little children to watch such things will make them to live a violent life in future.There are some people who believed otherwise, they claim that children who watch boxing competitions learn a lot of tactics which is very useful to them for self defense.

What's your view, do you think boxing should be among sporting events or otherwise?
