Still waiting for some of the tribes to pop up in this list!
Can new accounts be created from the platforms of the tribes? I thought that by doing so, you were directed to steem.
A majority 74.5% of the accounts that were created in July didn’t posted at all. An 7.8% posted only once. The rest of the accounts share around 18% are in the group that posted more than once. Their distribution is shown on the chart.
I wonder what would be the purpose of creating an account and then not use it at all? That is, not even a publication, this makes no sense to me.
Who would be behind all this?
It is clear that the blockchain needs to create new accounts. But these should be active and do the work necessary for the distribution of the rewards pool.

Yes ... but we can see who is the creator of the account, some of the main tribe accounts to create an account for their users .... the same that are doing steemmonsters, steemhunt, actifit
Steem created the most accounts with 72,7% share.
