ACCOUNTABILITY IN STEEM-ENGINE TRIBE PRIORITY NUMBER ONE

At first I was not sure of what I see but
yes I got flagged for writing this post

I am a preacher of decentralization and
it gives us the power to state our opinion
by upvoting and sometimes downvoting a post.
I was mad at first but literally I have blood going through my veins.
I said to myself I need to hold myself accountable to be an asset to all of you.
I am fine and through this post I want you steemians to gather your thoughts so we can move forward.
This is a learning process for most of us here I am no exception.

Actually this downvote gives me an opportunity to clearly understand what criteria set in place to downvote a post.
I used #dlike to attach my opinion to an article already publish.
I am not aware of writing another article on top the main article.
I used #share2steem to post through tweeter.
Most likely they will be short post due to their caracteristics and way of posting them to the blockchain.

ABUSE

I am against all abuses from all tribes side chain and steem in general.
We should avoid writing comments like this

• thanks
• okay
• sure
• good job
• welcome
• all one liner, it is consider spam the network and not upbuilding.

I am okay with steemian posting a picture once in a while
Now if the steemian is posting a picture everyday with no sense of upbuilding others, that is spam.
Sometimes we turn a blind eye or we do not see them.
I think I should be more proactive to help the steemian in that matter pretty soon.
When you see rewards on steem blockchain, it is a hit and miss.
As long there is no spam involved, or abuse whatsoever
In my opinion,no steemian should judge another one
on presumption of disagreement on rewards.
Hey do not forget this blockchain gives all of us a downvote
if you feel like this post is not worthy of this rewards.
Again it is a hit and miss situation.
It is a weakest link for any steemian to just slap another one.

The proper way to leave a comment will derive from reading the post first and then you write about your appreciation and dissatisfaction about what was written.
So happy to get this downvote as a wake up call and
it will help me better fulfill my desire to maintain a healthy community
where respect is mutual.

The purpose of this post is all about moving forward.
So happy I love writing, so I find a peace of mind to come here
and state my utmost opinion.
No need to do personality in this post.
The real problem is not about flagging, down-voting.
It is all about understanding each other and
see how we can benefit from any moves.
Mutually we need to agree and disagree.
Afterwards we will be fine.
I am an agent of positive mindset.

With tribes in place our posts have a home just for them.
I was thinking it is a waste of time to reiterate about them all

with little knowledge of this innovation of steem-engine.
