LeBron James scored 21 points, doubled his season-best 16 assists and grabbed seven rebounds despite a groin injury to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a 128-120 lead over the Trail Blazers.

Kyle Kuzma scored a team-high 24 points and Anthony Davis had 20 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists to prevent Los Angeles from ending the season-worst, four-game losing skid.

Rajon Rondo added 15 points while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Dwight Howard had 13 and 11 markers, respectively, for the Lakers.

Damian Lillard scored 31 points for the Trail Blazers, bowing out the last three games while Hassan Whiteside posted 19 points and 16 rebounds.

Los Angeles took an 85-75 lead after Davis' basket with 7:45 minutes left in the third quarter to record a 103-95 advantage heading into the fourth period.

In San Francisco, Luka Doncic registered 31 points, 15 assists, and 12 rebounds to score the Dallas Mavericks in a 141-121 win over the Golden State Warriors.

The triple-double is Doncic's ninth this season and tops the franchise record Jason Kidd recorded in 1995-96.

Tim Hardaway Jr. collides six 3-pointers and finished with 25 points while Kristaps Porzingis had 18 markers along with four triples for the Mavericks.

In Miami, Jimmy Butler connected on a go-ahead free throw in the final 2.3 seconds of overtime to help the Heat lead 117-116 against the Philadelphia 76ers.

After Ben Simmons hit his alley-oop dunk to push Philadelphia to 116-116 with 18.3 seconds left in overtime, Butler was able to hold on to Miami's advantage.

Butler finished the game with 25 points, 9 assists, and 9 rebounds.
