Skateblog #1: GIF time and the first blog for year 2020!

Good Day Everyone!

First of all, Happy 2020 to all of you guys reading. As of this posting, 2019 is eight days behind us now. This is my first blog post of the year and I want to try all GIF mode on this one, although the first image is a still photo format. Haha.

As I have said in my last blog for 2019, even though I have not posted any Vlog, I kept skating and I got some footage but as I was editing it; I realize that the clips are all stills and no moving skate lines. It was not enough and was boring to watch. So It was stuck on my iPhone for about a a month and a half now. Tonight I was looking through my phone the clips and I decided just to share some of the clips as GIF so that at least some of it will be used and shared.

I have always been a fan of GIF format. There are so many images in this format over the internet. Most of it are used and themed for memes, comedy, and comedic reactions. I always wondered how to do the GIF format before because it is like a little video clip that you do not need to press the repeat button and just plays as long as you are viewing it. And of course, I always relate this kind of cool things to skateboarding. Before on the desktop computer, I had a hard time generating GIFs, it was back in 2008 and I was not that knowledgeable in the ol’ computer we had back then. I really want to do it but I didn’t because I have no idea how to start. Fast forward the tech on cellphones, Now came the age of apps on phones. I have said on my old blogs that the phone is a very powerful tool. Now we have an app that converts videos to GIF and here we are! Haha.

So back to skateboarding, here are some of the GIF I wanted to share. I hope you guys like it!!
