Swimming is My Addiction

This is my second home lately, almost everydayi will be at this place either for serious swimming or rather leisurely swim for good hot sunny days.

Nonetheless, swimming is my new addiction. I can’t go without swimming already, its like something is amiss and wrong. The body has already structure to dive into a clorine water. Surprisingly, i love the smell of clorine now.

I would google in youtube how to improve my skills, method, breathing and etc. almost every night i watch video on how to improve my swim.

I started 6 months ago, back then like everyone else starting a sports, it was pain, heartbreak, tiredness due to lack of skills and strength. Now i am spending at least 45min non stop swimming. I will do 30 laps of Breaststroke, 40 laps of Freestyle, 20 Laps Back Stroke Kick Flip - NON STOP. Sometimes i spend 1hour30min in the pool.

Hungry doesn’t bother me anymore after swim, compared to when I started 6 months ago. I swim faster now, i control breathing air better now and i have the stamina to go non stop.

Its quite impressive for me actually, and i did mot expect i could do it.

However, nothing to shout loud on this, its the consistency that counts, its the journey of pain and sore muscle that counts.

Let’s hope tomorrow will be a better day of swimming.
