Starting my home workout again after taking a break for more than a month. I was told to take it easy by my chiropractor due to my shoulder injury so I only did very simple exercises taught by the doctor for the past one month.
I'm following Rebecca Louise's workout on YouTube for my home workout and usually it lasts from 35-45 minutes including warming up and cooling down. And it differs from day to day. Each day it will focuses on different parts of the body, for example the abs, the glutes, the arms and the legs. Some days it will be a yoga workout, some days weights workout, some days pilates and so much more. This way you will never get bored of doing the same workout everyday.
Today's workout is what she called Body Combat, which uses the boxing techniques and it's a whole body workout with cardio. It was fun and I didn't even realized that I managed to finish the whole workout even after taking a break for so long.
