My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2020
Herkese Merhaba
Havanın yağışlı olduğu bir gün. Dışarıda yürümek oldukça zordu. Bu sebeple yürümek için zeminin kaygan olmadığı bir alan seçtim.
Evimizin yakınlarında güzel bir yürüyüş alanı var. Oraya gittim ve tempolu bir şekilde 1 saat yürüdüm. Hava soğuk olmadığı için çok zorlanmadım. Yağmur ise sadece atıştırıyordu.
Biraz ıslandım ama adım sayımı tamamlamış olmak güzel. Bu aralar hava oldukça değişken. Bu sebeple kendinize dikkat edin.
