My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2020

Herkese Merhaba

Hafta sonu olduğu için biraz geç kalktım. Sabah süper bir kahvaltının ardından evimizin yakınlarındaki yürüyüş alanında ritmik bir şekilde 1 saat yürüdüm.

Uzun zamandır yeğenlerimi görmüyordum. Havalar yağışlı olduğundan dışarı çıkamıyorduk. Onları alıp parka gittim. Hava biraz soğuktu ama hareket ettiğimiz için çok üşümedik.

Eğlenceli bir gündü. Kendinize dikkat edin.
