O compressor deve estar posicionado a pelo menos 30cm da parede, para facilitar a ventilação.

O equipamento precisa estar sempre nivelado, para que sua lubrificação não fique comprometida.

O ambiente de trabalho deve estar sempre limpo para que o ar produzido pelo compressor não fique contaminado.

Excesso de poeira pode fazer com que o filtro perca sua eficiência – mais um motivo para deixar o local de trabalho sempre limpo, ventilado e arejado.

O filtro do compressor deve ser limpo três vezes por semana para evitar superaquecimento, assim como a tensão das correias e o funcionamento das válvulas que devem ser verificadas semanalmente.
