Hot Spot Diving in Nusa Penida :

TOYAPAKEH

Toyapakeh is one of the most beautiful dive sites around with untouched corals! Since there is always a current between Ceningan and Nusa Penida you will find this one of the most diverse and rich dive sites around the three islands. Toyapakeh in Balinese means 'salt water' and is often expressed as the Jewel of Penida. The bottom structure is a set of plateaus filled with healthy and attractive coral formations starting at 3 meters of depth.

MANTA POINT

With good conditions, Manta Point is where you want to go to. This is the point where the currents from the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean come together. Warm water meets cold water and that means it is filled with phytoplankton. Because plankton is the foundation of the food chain it brings every species to this dive site.

MANGROVE POINT (SAKENAN)

Beautiful corals and stunning colors on this dive site are ideal for macro diving and drift diving. Like all the dive sites around Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida you will find here a huge range of aquatic marine life. Clown triggerfish, blue lined triggerfish, Napolean wrasse, bump-head parrotfish, jack fish, lots of different species of nudi branches, moray eels, shrimps, octopus and occasionally a bamboo shark.

Malibu Point Nusa Penida is the Best Diving Spot with Abundant Marine Biota Wealth

The visibility or depth of Malibu Point is quite difficult to pass when compared to other diving spots in Nusa Penida. When you have an adventure in the underwater world, you can see a variety of fish, such as tuna, rainbow runners, manta rays, reef sharks, and stingrays. You can also see the big shark eater echinoderms, the Jackson Shark. You will also have the opportunity to see sunfish. In the season between June and September, when the water gets colder, sunfish can be seen around Malibu Point. The visibility is quite good at 20 meters and there are large table corals. Coral reefs that are here are quite unique and diverse, there are white coral reefs, gray coral reefs, and silver coral reefs. Of course, Malibu Point is very unique and impressive.
