\r\n\r\n> Hello to all the #Hive and @Fulldeportes community \ud83d\udc4b\ud83c\udffc Today I want to share with you how was my experience in the Super Special Mother's Day Class \ud83d\udc97 A very nice and beautiful activity dedicated to mothers on their day, a day full of exercises and many surprises for the most beautiful of the house.\r\n\r\n

Est\u00e1 actividad se llev\u00f3 a cabo el d\u00eda viernes 16 de mayo en el centro hispano de villa de cura con la organizaci\u00f3n de Rodolfo Flores de RVfitness. Una jornada de ejercicios y bailoterapia dedicado especialmente para celebrar el d\u00eda de las madres, la entrada ten\u00eda un costo de 3$ y dicho evento comenz\u00f3 a las 3 de la tarde, contando con maravillosos invitados como Lorena S\u00e1nchez de LS Fitness, David Sifontes de Davideas academy, La academia de Baile AlejandroDance, Amelia Git de GymPark y el m\u00e1s esperado del evento El Moreno Angel de Bailo Power.

\r\n\r\n> This activity took place on Friday 16th May at the Hispanic Centre in Villa de Cura, organised by Rodolfo Flores of RVfitness. A day of exercises and dance therapy dedicated especially to celebrate Mother's Day, the entrance fee was 3$ and the event started at 3pm, with wonderful guests such as Lorena Sanchez from LS Fitness, David Sifontes from Davideas academy, AlejandroDance dance academy, Amelia Git from GymPark and the most awaited of the event El Moreno Angel from Bailo Power.\r\n\r\n

Dicho evento se trataba de al compr\u00e1r la entrada regalaban un n\u00famero para participar por varios premios en una rifa la cual iban sorteando al pasar el tiempo. Este se inicio con la bailoterapia de LS Fitness la cual estuvo espectacular a pesar de tener su barriguita de embarazada lo hizo fabuloso, con ejercicios de estiramiento y bailoterapia muy movida.

\r\n\r\n> This event was about buying a ticket and getting a number to participate in a raffle for various prizes which were drawn as time went by. The event started with dance therapy by LS Fitness who, despite her pregnant belly, was spectacular, with stretching exercises and very lively dance therapy.\r\n\r\n

Luego se incorporo Amelia Fit con su grupo de GymPark para deleitarnos a todos con su baile espectacular, cada uno que pasaba era fant\u00e1stico y est\u00e1 chica fue fabulosa, con una bailoterapia de salsa, merengue hasta danza \u00e1rabe culminando con ejercicios para trabajar todo el cuerpo.

\r\n\r\n> Then Amelia Fit joined in with her GymPark group to delight us all with her spectacular dancing, each one that passed by was fantastic and this girl was fabulous, with a dance therapy from salsa, merengue to Arabic dance culminating with exercises to work the whole body.\r\n\r\n

Seguidamente subi\u00f3 al escenario David Sifontes con su coreograf\u00eda llena de muy buena energ\u00eda y positivismo, acompa\u00f1ado por una rutina de ejercicios para todo el cuerpo, sin duda fue maravillosa su presentaci\u00f3n al incorporar canciones bailables de la vieja escuela.

\r\n\r\n> Then David Sifontes took the stage with his choreography full of good energy and positivism, accompanied by a full body exercise routine, a wonderful presentation incorporating old school dance songs.\r\n\r\n

Al finalizar David subi\u00f3 al escenario Alejandro Dance y su academia con unas coreograf\u00edas bien preparadas para trabajar el cuerpo bailando adem\u00e1s de realizar ciertos TikToks que encuentran en tendencia, su presentaci\u00f3n fue fabulosa cargada de buena energ\u00eda y profesionalismo, bailando al final la canci\u00f3n del momento Capaz de Alleh y Yorghaki la cual a todos nos encanta para bailar y disfrutar.

\r\n\r\n> At the end David took the stage Alejandro Dance and his academy with some well prepared choreographies to work the body dancing as well as performing certain TikToks that are in trend, his presentation was fabulous full of good energy and professionalism, dancing at the end the song of the moment Capaz by Alleh and Yorghaki which we all love to dance and enjoy.\r\n\r\n

A horas de la noche llego el m\u00e1s esperado y el m\u00e1s aclamado del evento, el moreno Angel de Bailo Power subi\u00f3 al escenario con un show incre\u00edble lleno de mucho baile, ejercicios espectaculares y dando una clausura fenomenal al evento bailando y disfrutando con las mam\u00e1s en su d\u00eda especial para luego realizar una larga fila para tomarse una foto con el la cual se dio y quedaron hermosas, aqu\u00ed mi mam\u00e1 disfrutando el momento con el y con David.

\r\n\r\n> In the evening came the most awaited and most acclaimed of the event, the dark Angel of Bailo Power took the stage with an incredible show full of lots of dancing, spectacular exercises and giving a phenomenal closing to the event dancing and enjoying with the mums on their special day to then make a long line to take a picture with him which was given and they were beautiful, here my mum enjoying the moment with him and David.\r\n\r\n

Obviamente en este tipo de eventos la comida y la hidrataci\u00f3n es fundamental por eso estaba habilitado el cafet\u00edn.

\r\n\r\n> Obviously in this type of event, food and hydration is essential, which is why the cafeteria was set up.\r\n\r\n

Y as\u00ed culmino est\u00e1 clase con la satisfacci\u00f3n de que la madres y qui\u00e9nes asistieron se lo disfrutaron al m\u00e1ximo gracias a la maravillosa organizaci\u00f3n de Rodolfo Fitness que sin el este evento no hubiera sido posible, mi mam\u00e1 se disfruto mucho est\u00e1 s\u00faper clase y yo igual a pesar de que quedamos cansadas ya que fueron varias horas de baile.
