Cuando anuncian en Argentina una ola polar y a pesar de que soy m\u00e1s del verano, siempre intento buscarle la vuelta a la situaci\u00f3n para poder disfrutarlo y es as\u00ed que me propuse salir a entrenar bien temprano y enfrentar al crudo fr\u00edo del invierno argentino.\n\n\n\n>! El camino hacia la marat\u00f3n no es todo solcito y d\u00edas ideales. Hay d\u00edas que el cuerpo pesa, que la cama te atrapa y que los huesos crujen antes de arrancar. Pero esos entrenamientos a bajas temperaturas son los que m\u00e1s te forjan, no solo f\u00edsicamente sino tambi\u00e9n mentalmente. Te curt\u00eds y te haces m\u00e1s fuerte y sobre todo aprendes a bancarte el mal clima, porque eso despu\u00e9s, se nota en la carrera.\n\n\n>! [English] Training in the cold is tough, but it's part of the adventure. The road to the marathon is not all sunshine and ideal days. There are days when your body feels heavy, when the bed traps you and your bones creak before you even start. But those training sessions at low temperatures are the ones that forge you the most, not only physically but also mentally. Porque s\u00e9 que lo hago solamente por \u00fanica vez (*quiz\u00e1s*), pero si debo hacerlo todos los d\u00edas, es otro cantar. Al principio cuesta y los primeros metros te sent\u00eds con las manos heladas, la nariz congelada y parece que las piernas no te responden. Pero despu\u00e9s y cuando el cuerpo va entrando en calor, te das cuenta de que la mente rompi\u00f3 esa barrera y que el fr\u00edo qued\u00f3 atr\u00e1s y qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s haciendo lo que otros quiz\u00e1s no se animan y tiene que ver con sumar kil\u00f3metros, aunque el clima diga lo contrario.\n\n\n\n>! [English] Since I take it as a challenge and adventure, maybe it doesn't weigh so much on me. Because I know I only do it once (*maybe*), but if I have to do it every day, it's a different story. At the beginning it's hard and the first few meters you feel like your hands are freezing, your nose is frozen and your legs don't seem to respond.
