UFC champion Nurmagomedov '100% officially retired

UFC has confirmed that Khabib Nurmagomedov has 100% been officially retired after his last match against Justin Gaethjein in October.

Nurmagomedov who extended his record to 29-0 after defeating Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 back in October was said to have call it quit after as he announced his retirement.

Many expect the Russian fighter to someday return to the ring to extend his record but UFC said it may be impossible as his career is over.

Nurmagomedov is regarded by many has been one of MMA greatest fighter not only because of great record but his dominance in matches he won.

In his now vacant title will now be occupied the winner of either Charles Oliveira and Michael at UFC 262 on 15th of May.
