My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2020

Got lots of work done today but not enough. Squeezed in a 15 min workout. Quick cardio burst. My sports bra seems to loose so I reckon I need to start crossing it over now. Either my boobs are getting smaller or it's just warn out. I think I will go with the former.

Still behind at work and need to get my but in gear. Stayed up late but only managed a 12am. Man I'm getting old. 9 hours of work still left and i can move on to January's load. Sigh aiming to do better this months. Can't keep being behind like this.
