I am frankly surprised at my step count today because I could've sworn I didn't do this much moving around my house.
I mean am working from home and as you may know by now I really do tend to just sit on my butt most of the day.
I can't for the life of me figure out how or what I did to get it. All I did was finish the kimchi I was making. Which took me two days to prepare, mix them place in two jars.
As I'm the only one in my house hold that eats it I made sure to make it extra spicy.
Hmm it could also be that I did do an hour workout, ok maybe forty five minutes. Just did arm curls.
Am even confused why these details escaped me as I'm writing this.
And this was my lunch today. Simple yet nutritious and very delicious.
