Por eso mismo y manteniendo el objetivo intacto de salir campeón en este torneo, la directiva azulgrana contrato al delantero, Johan José Arrieche, de 29 años de edad, quien arriba al cuadro de Maturín con la satisfacción y la ilusión de ser titular, al mando del director técnico Jhonny Ferreira. Arrieche, con recorrido en el Deportivo Lara, Zulia Fútbol Club, Portuguesa Fútbol Club y Mineros de Guayana, selló su vinculo con la institución por un año, en donde se espera ver su potencial como atacante en cada encuentro, su inteligencia para desmarcarse en lugares complicados, su capacidad para entender el juego y su habilidad para definir de cara al arco rival. Además, el ex Mineros de Guayana, se preparada con mucha actitud en la pretemporada con el Monagas Sport Club, buscando que el estratega antes mencionado observe su pegada de larga distancia y su frialdad para anotar.

Alan, tendrá la responsabilidad de ser un jugador líder en su posición junto con Peraza, debido a su experiencia en el Torneo Federal A, de Argentina, en donde destaco por su fuerte marcación, su empuje y su actitud para liderar a sus compañeros de equipo. De esta manera, Los Guerreros del Guarapiche, suman cinco refuerzos para esta campaña 2021 de la Liga FUTVE, con las ya mencionadas contrataciones de Rolando Botello, Edwin Peraza y José Ferrer.
