My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2020

Did a fair amount of work today. I helped my wife do some cooking this morning and then we went for a walk down at the park.

It has been a while since Jovi has been able to get out of the backyard and do some walking so she was more than excited to go with us.

She prances around the park like she is a princess or something. Everyone acts afraid if her because she is a seventy pound black dog, but really she is just the sweetest thing.

After that I mowed the lawn and then we just did some relaxing for the day. Laundry is always on out to do list over the weekend, along with napping and thankfully watching some football finally.

I grilled some chicken and veggies for dinner and now I am getting ready for my 13+ hour day at work tomorrow.
