My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2020

That's what I get for only doing a twenty minute workout this morning.

If I had done a full thirty minute workout, I would have hit my ten thousand step goal.

I have to admit I am a bit disappointed that I didn't get there today.

I even did a little bit of shopping after work today.

We were trying to find a store that had turkey breasts for Thanksgiving.

It appears we are going to be on our own this year with the coronavirus still hanging around.

Better to be safe than sorry.

Tomorrow is a weights day so my steps will be even worse.

Well, hang in there, because there is always tomorrow to get the steps. I think it's a good thing to mix up a workout; unfortunately, I seem never to do that, lol! We might all be somewhat 'alone or on our own' for Thanksgiving for the same reasons. I guess we will all be collectively 'alone' together. That's a bit of an oxymoron, lol!
