Day 903 | 2-hour Monday Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

The weather was perfect in the afternoon for a walk so that's what I did for about 2 hours which was very enjoyable. I'm still kind of struggling to fully keep myself from eating anything unhealthy but at least I'm watching out for it. I should get myself at least in a 5-day streak or something to get it going as I do feel better when just sticking to health options. Anyway tuesday will be the usual family day time and I'm looking forward to it already.

I will hit the scale each day keeping close track of my weight trying to get it down to 62kg which has been a goal for a long time which somehow doesn't seem to succeed.

I will be tracking my daily expenses (Food & Fun/Gas ) during an entire year trying to keep them as small as possible so I can save up and reach some financial freedom sooner
