My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2020

Hi everyone!

In the evening I was sitting in the room putting a chair when suddenly a locust came flying and sat on the top of my bag. I kept looking closely for a long time but he did not move from his place. In the end, I decided that one or two pictures of it should be shared through the Actifit post.
I found its eyes quite attractive which was completely brown. It was drawn in the middle by a black streak. Recently, the locust whose species had caused great harm to the farmers was not of its species. However, it also eats weed and will be found mostly on paddy field or millet plant.

now I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to the 7k points by walking, doing some physical exercise at the time of morning along with daily activities.

Just download actifit app from play store,
Complete 5k steps..
1-fill your username (poomps)
2-private posting key
3-Aerobics(choose any activities)
4-use tags
5-insert images(not compulsory)
6-write activities description
7- finally post it by clicking post to steem
