My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2019

运动继续了,今天还骑了半小时自行车。

今天的运动是锻炼上肢的运动,连续几个运动,循环来完成,做了好多俯卧撑,到后面一组我都快做不下去了。锻炼上肢的运动,主要是可以锻炼后面的肌肉,非常棒。

今天介绍一个靠墙俯卧撑,这个也是个简单的运动,不用瑜伽垫,在办公室久坐肩膀酸痛也可以随时做这个靠墙俯卧撑,双手撑墙,身体向墙壁靠近,直到脸部接近墙面,稍微停顿,连续做10个,每次3组,还能锻炼背部的肌肉,大家也可以试一下!
