HiveGP 2020 season 1 Race 2 Jerez July 26 2020

And here we are, ready for another race, once again in Jerez.
We already know what happened last weekend during the race.
What you probably don't know is what is going to happen.
Marc Marquez and HRC are asking the Jerez track medical board the "Fit for Race" certifications.

While creating the post the news arrived. Marquez will be on track on sunday!

While it seems quite crazy is not the first time that something like this occurr in MotoGP/SBK

I remember Loris Capirossi in Assen 2000 with a fractured wrist during warm up praying the doctors to let him race. (He finished 3rd and collapsed after parking his bike)

I remember Troy Bayliss in SBK asking for amputation of his right little finger to avoid a long stop.

This is not normal, you can say but they are rider, not normal people!

Bets are accepted until the beginning of the GP (on Thursday we will publish the post with the ranking in the previous round and the presentation of the new race)

Prizes, 3 total categories:

Single GP winners - 1st, 2nd and 3rd classified stage win respectively 30%, 20%, 10% of the HIVE  net post (instant prize) as soon the post is payd.
Contest winner - First overall in the standings at the end of the championship win 20% of the remaining from the rounds.
World Champion - bet on the rider who will win the world championship 20% of the remaining from the rounds.

Remember to choose your World champion BEFORE Race 3

Eccoci pronti per una nuova tappa del motomondiale. Per la seconda volta si corre a Jerez.
Ormai sappiamo tutti quello che è successo nello scorso fine settimana di gara
Quello che probabilente non sapete è quello che è appena successo.
Marc Marquez e la HRC hanno chiesto, ed ottenuto, dai medici del circuito di Jerez il permesso a gareggiare. Quindi domenica anche Marquez sarà della partita!

Tutto questo può sembrare folle ma non è la prima volta che succede tra MotoGP e SBK.

Mi torna in mente Loris Capirossi che nel 2000, ad Assen, caddè nel warm up fratturandosi un polso e pregò i medici perchè lo facessero correre. (arrivò terzo e svenne appena fermata la moto)

Mi ricordo anche Troy Bayliss che chiese che gli fosse amputato il mignolo pur di non doversi fermare per un lungo periodo di recupero.

Non è normale, potreste pensare...ma questa non è gente normale, sono piloti di moto...

Ma andiamo al nostro concorso.
