It's been a while I posted my actifit report. I've been lazy these days and it's telling on my body fitness. After feeling continuous back ache from sitting, I decided to get back to my daily exercise. Walking has been one of the easiest way I prefer to count my steps. I jog in the morning too, or evening. I'm back on track. Hello my fellow Actifitters.
