Yesterday it was warm enough during the day to have my windows open, but I forgot to turn the heat back on in the evening so my muscles were a little stiff this morning from sleeping in a colder-than-usual room. I took my morning walk along the riverbank path to the picnic tables near Skinner Butte Park, where I did some mindfulness practice. I walked home from there, then to the grocery store, and then back home.
