Good morning dear friends, I have followed my daily exercise routine at home. Today I had the opportunity to go to the beach and I was doing warm-up exercises, then I started running along the seashore for an estimated time of thirty minutes with rest intervals. It was fun and the sound of the sea is great for exercise. Happy day to everyone.
