First time getting out there in a long time. I've been battling an illness some congestion and coughing so I had to take it easy for about a week. This put me behind in my walking but when you're battling some respiratory issues it's tough to get out there. I'm looking to get back on track each day is getting a little better so I will try to keep going and see where it takes

I hope you feel better soon my friend. respiratory issues can make it tough the Mrs. has exercise asthma so I understand where you're coming from.
