CAN CHELSEA TURN THE TABLE AROUND AGAINST BAYERN MUNICH?

The competition resumed back yesterday 7th August 2020, with some matches played already, Real Madrid were edged out by an English side Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium 2-1 to end 4-2 on aggregate, while Juventus were dumped out of the competition despite 2-1 win over Lyon only to be left looking by an away goal.

Today Chelsea face Germany Champions at the Allianz Arena where they won the title years ago, but with an aggregate of 3-0.

Chelsea team already in Germany with a lot of injury list ahead of the game, Chelsea 30 man squad for the match include with some academy players to fill up for the injured players.

Chelsea confirmed Champions League 30mman squad list submitted by Frank Lampard against Bayern.

Chelsea will be without their injured Captain Cesar Azpilicueta, Christain Pulisic, and Pedro, as all were withdrawn during the FACup final against Arsenal last weekend.

Lampard added Five youth players to the squad. Dynel Simue, Broja Armando,Bate, Henry Lawrence, Ian Maatsen and the team B goalie Jamie Cumming.

Despite facing injuries worries, the squad would also face suspension for Jorginho is out due yellow cards, Marco Alonso was sent off during the first leg, certainly will not feature.
