Yesterday I really felt l need to do something about my hamstrings problem. It should have healed by now but is still creating problems and it bothers me. So I went for a walk to warm up my muscles as I was instructed, then I did the necessary stretching.
The stretching hurt a little, so I did it carefully as the goal is to get better, not to do further damages. Then to reach the minimum of 5000 steps I pedaled for 6 minutes, did 3km as a precaution.
Today I'm changing strategy. Maybe it'll be good to do some exercises and focus on stretching more. I need to stretch my muscles out. I'm feeling better but still need to do it. I'm not sure how my stepcount is going to be but that's not my main concern now. Getting healthy is.
