My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2020

Due to the fear that was brought by the Coronavirus all over the world, I have to admit that I'm getting hesitant to go public places for a simple walk or to do my usual activities. However, I think that staying inside my house and trying to avoid this pandemic will also put me in a scenario of me neglecting my health by doing nothing.
And with that, I still try to be active and did some walk on places that I think will not be too crowded to keep my activity counts in place. A 5k milestone hit.
