Do not know how long will Monday dance classes continue because of covid-19. Hopefully they will continue.
I'm doing lunges and knee lifts as I'm writing this because my buttocks are asleep because of all the sitting and it's
quite hard to think at the same time what to write, how to write it with my phone, do the lunges, not tilt my back or neck forward and hold my balance all at the same time.
Now I need to stop and stretch.
