The other day I was talking to a friend about how we are all gaining weight in Vietnam and we all agreed that the hardest part about going for a run, or going to the park to play basketball, is putting on your shoes and walking out the front door. The rest is easy. You are spot on with this.

I think it is likely true around the world. People don't realize how rewarding and easy it can be to incorporate fitness into their lives because they ponder the notion of doing so from a relaxed position in a gaming chair or on the sofa. Everyone has enough time for a small workout so I'm not buying the "I don't have time" routine either.
