Hi, there! How are you? How is everything going on around you? Hope that everything is happening according to your plan and expectation. I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. This is my 17th #iamalivechallenge post, the project run by @flaxz. This is also going to be my today's @actifit report. Firstly, I am going to share a case history of a patient with vertigo. Secondly, I am going to mention why am I grateful for today. And finally, I am going to share the proof of today's win. Hope that you will stay with me until the end of the post.

A case history:

This Bangladeshi middle-aged man visited me once on 28th Dec 2202 with post COVID symptoms such as generalized weakness, lack of appetite and mild fever. He was diagnosed as a COVID19 case on 12th Dec 2020. However, today he came with a completely new symptom.

Since the previous day morning, he was having marked vertigo. He felt like everything around him was spinning. He was also tending to fall due to vertigo. He wasn't having any headache, vomiting, chest pain, abnormal sound in his ears and pain in the body. According to him, following the treatments I gave last time, he was feeling fine and he resumed his works. He was working without having a significant problem until yesterday morning since when he was almost bedridden and cripple.
When he walked into my chamber, it was obvious that he was having some problems. He was holding various nearby objects like the wall, the handles of the chair etc. to prevent the fall. He came alone, from his place of living, walking, with such difficulties, which is almost 3-4 km away from my clinic. His all friends and acquaints left for the work. His sponsor didn't bother bringing him to a doctor!!

Anyway, I examined him and surprisingly, I found all of his vitals are within normal limits. I check his blood sugar which also normal. Ideally, to find out the causes of this debilitating condition, he needed to do a good number of tests/investigations. Some of the tests were available in my clinic while some of them weren't. But his financial condition wasn't good enough to do some basic tests! So that I had no choice but prescribing some symptomatic treatments. He then left, alone, with walking difficulty and with the risk of fall.

Why am I grateful for today?

I am grateful to Allah because I am alive today.

I am grateful to my creator that I am free from vertigo and I can walk freely without having the fear of all.

I am grateful to the almighty because He made a doctor.
