PPL workout - Legs day
Hey there !
The long awaited legs session, or not :D
I tried to make it more dynamic with walk/run in between sets.
On the menu:
- 30 meters sprints 10x
- jumping squats 5x15
- walking lunges 5x30
- jumping jacks 5x30
- standing calves 4x25
- seating calves 4x25
