My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2020

This is me walking from my apartment to China Town which is about 20 minutes walk away. I had wanted to check out this part of Saigon but never got around to doing it.

And since I had enough of being a potato couch for the day, I felt that I needed to get out a bit. I did bring along with me a small umbrella since the weather has been pretty gloomy and constantly raining in the afternoons.

Thankfully, I did because it did rain but only for less than ten minutes. Still a good exercise for me.

Where do you live ? And I've seen many videos and saw that these motorbikes are common in Thailand and Indonesia. Is it right?

I'm currently in Saigon, Vietnam and yeah.. there's plenty of motorbikes here too.
I so agree that it's our feet that brings us around. If I'm in the gym, I would've felt tired after 30 mins of extensive walking but in the outdoors, I seemed to have been able to walk for hours.
Maybe, it's the sightseeing as well that makes it interesting.
