It is not easy to be ridden pedaling for more than 3 hours, it requires a mental push to get to the end and complete the scheduled route.
After completing a route of one hundred kilometers with a moving time of 5 hours, which so far is the longest in the month that I have been riding, I have verified how my physical capacity has improved compared to a few weeks ago, wearing our Bodies and capacity for suffering to the limit makes it substantially increase our capacities, both physical and mental, when you feel that you cannot take any more and continue, you are exceeding your limits that will make you continue to improve little by little in the task that you are dedicating. effort.
When you feel like you can't go any further, continue. That is the profit.
