My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2019
My legs and thighs ache from climbing too many stairs. The kids and I decided to run up and down the staircase as our exercise today. I feel like I shouldn't have. The kids were exuberant as usual, bounding up and down the flight of stairs as I struggled to keep. I lost track of how many times we went up and came down but my body would not forget the strain. I ache in muscles I didn't even realize existed! I definitely need a massage...phew!
